After watching the movie 13 Days I thought we did handle the sitution in a good way. It took a while to find the best way, in my opinion it was the best way because it revented us from war. There was no need for war, if we went to war it could cause many issues later on. We didnt know what Cuba/soviet union could do back to us. The soviet union did violate some of the rules but overall they listened. Cuba, partnering with the soviet union caused them to have more power against us, and gave them more capabilities. I think Kennedy did do the best thing for the United States because he made the war not happen. He prevented it in the best of his ability as president of the United States.

when i watched 13 days i thought the united states handled the situation okay, i like how we didnt want to go to war, it makes us look controlled. it took a while to figure out what we were going to do, but it all worked out in the end, and it prevented war between The Soviet Union. i think Kennedy was in a bad place trying to decide what to do, either start war with the soviets or prevent war and the use of nuclear bombs. when cuba partnered with the soviets, it gave them more of an advantage over the untied states. and if we were to go to war it would have caused problems for the future.

I believe after watching "13 Days" we handled the situation the best way we could without going to war. No, I don't think we should've gone to war for the fact that we just got done with WW2 and also it would've costed us more money than we have already spent on the wars before. Yes, the Soviet Union was in violation of our agreement. Also, Cuba did hurt our standing by partnering with the Soviet Union because Cuba and the U.S. would have had a great alliance with each other. Yes, Kennedy and the government did the best job they could have for the United States because if they did not we would have been bombed by the Soviet Union and Cuba.

I think that the USA handled the situation very well. they did what they had to in not having war. I think if we went to war i might not be here right now. i dont think the ussr was in violation because ultimatley they gave up missles. I do think the Government and JFK did do a good job.

After watching the 13 days, i think the United States handled the situation good. I dont think the US should have gone to war. Going to war would have given both the US and the Soviets to use their missles and kill many civilains. I think the Soviets were in violation of the agreement. Beacuse they brought the missles into Cuba and began to make them work, it feared the US that they would get bombed. Cuba did break any alliance that the US had with them. They allowed the Soviets to enter and activate the missles. I think Kennendy and the government did the best job they could with the situation. They didnt force war and looked at all possibilities bofore choosing the right one.

I do believe the United States handled the situation the best they could without war. I think it was smart that we avoided war beause it would have caused major destruction, millions of deaths, and millions of dollars in equipment. The Soviet Union was in violation but also listened to other rules of the agreement. This caused Cuba to have major power over us and made the United States very uneasy. I believe Kennedy and the government did an excellent job nagotiating with other countries and keeping the United States out of war.

i think the way the united states handled the situation was an okay way. i think i was good that they kept us out of war because it would have caused many deaths of our citizens and would have used up alot of money. the soviet union listened to some rules of our agreement but was also in violation of other parts of it.i think cuba did hurt there standing with us because they were now communist. i think kennedy and the government did do a good job because they kept us out of war.

After watching 13 days i do feel we handled he situation the best way. In my opnion i think we shoudn't have gone to war since that could have led to ww3 or even a nuclear war which could have destroyed the majority of the United States. Yes the soviets in 13 days were in violation with our agreement.Cuba did hurt there standings with the us since now in a way the us don't know if they can trust Cuba since they did form an alliance with the USSR that if they did what they wanted to with the nuclear warheads could have destroyed a majority of the us. Kennedy did the best job since he didn't want to start a war that he knew could be extremely deadly and wipe out a mass population of people.

In the movie 13 Days i think that the United States handled the situation properly. War was a bad idea since we were just in a major war less then 20 years ago. The Soviet Union was in violation of thier agreement which is bad. Cuba hurt their standing with us siding with the Soviets, especially after letting them put missiles on their island and turning communist. Keneddy and the rest of the government did a good job controling the situation.

After watching "13 Days" I believe that the United States handled the situation the best way by not entering war with the U.S.S.R. and Cuba. No, I do not think that we should have gone to war with Cuba and the U.S.S.R. because it would have costed more money for troops and we just got out of WW2. Yes, the Soviet Union was in violation of our agreement. I also believe that Cuba hurt their standing with us because we could've been great alliances and worked well together if we just worked out our issues. I believe Kennedy and the government worked the hardest and best that they could during the cold war and the issues with Cuba and the U.S.S.R.

After watching 13 days I do feel that the US handeled the cuban missle crisis in a the best way possible to avoid going to war. I do not feel that war was nessisary for this situation. The soviet union was a violation of our agreement in some aspects, but overral they obeyed our demands. I think Cuba didnt hurt their standing by siding with the soviets because it gave them a advantage over the US. Overall I think kenney handeled the situation the best way he could have.

The United States did handle the situtation the best way. We shouldn't of gone to war because it would have caused even more issues later on with Cuba. Cuba did hurt their standing with the United States by partnering with the Soviet Union, which made them even stronger. Kennedy and the government did do the best job for the United States and they did handle the situation well because he prevented the United States to go to war with Cuba and the Soviet Union.

I believe that the United States handeled the situation very well, avioding war was a good call by the Presidant and his administration. The Soviet Union gave Presidant Kennedy very little options but he made all the right choices witht the agreement. Cuba did hurt their standing with us by sideing with the Soviet Union.

After watching the “13 days” I feel the United States did handle the situation the best way. I don’t think we should have gone to war because that would have been a big mess. No the Soviet Union was not in violation because they did agree to it. Yes I think Cuba did hurt themselves from partnering with the Soviet Union and turning on the United States. At first I thought they didn’t do as good of a job with the ships Kennedy was nervous that there might be another world war. But towards the end they all figured out a compromise with the Soviets and take those bombs out of Cuba.

In the movie 13 Days America handled the cuban missle chrisis well. The way we handled it by not going to war was smart. Going to war with the Soviets would of struck fear into the United Sates citizens, becuase they were close to developing nuclear war heads. The soviets violated some of the U.S.'s rules but followed most of them. When Cuba partnered up with the soviet union it gave the soviets the upper hand. becuase they were now closer to the U.S. Kennedy made the best decision for the U.S. because we did not go to war.

From watching 13 Days i think that the united states did handle the situation well.War was not a good way to deal with this situation, it would have just acaused more problem and damage. Cuba parterning with the Soiets did make them alot more powerful and it affected us. If we did go to war it would of cause more problems in the futures.Kenndy did what was best for the horrible position he was in. It is hard to make a big move that affects us forever and i think that his was the best way to go.

The best possible outcome of the 13 days was that no one would get bombed and that there would be no war. This was accomplished by the U.S. so I think we did handle the 13 days in the best way possible. I don't think we should have gone to war because if we did our country could have lost, and our government could have been shaped to communist ideas. I don't think our standing with cuba was very good in the first place so I don't think cuba hurt their standings with us by partnering with the soviets. I think Kennedy and the government did do the best they could because they avoided a nuclear war.

After watching "13 days" i feel that the United States handled the situation very well given the circumstances. Going to war would have been a huge mistake, and it could have potentially destroyed the United States along with the Soviet Union. I would say the Sovit Union would have been in violation to our agreement but if we confronted them, it could have started the war. When Cuba decided to team up with the Soviet Union, Cuba was now seen as an enemy to the US and it created more tension between the US and SU. Kennedy and his team ended up getting us out of the situation without launching any missles, which was the best outcome we could have hoped for at that point.

After watching 13 day,I believe we as in president Kennedy and his office handled the situation did a great job because we didnt go to war. Even when the Soviets shot down our plane that was over there country. We probably should've went to war but, im glad Kennedy didnt go to war. When Cuba joined the Soviet Union they had a bigger advantage over the United States. So overall president Kennedy did a great job by not letting the war happen.

I think the United States handled the situation the best way. It was right to not go to war because it would we would have lost alot of money and lives when it wasnt needed. The Soviet Union violated the agreement between us. Cuba hurt there standing with us by being more loyal to the Soviet Union. Kennedy and the government did the best job because we solved the problem with peace and no war.

After watching the movie "13 Days" I do belive the United States handled the situation the best way they could. In my opinion, I think the US should have done everything they could to stay out of war, which would have definetly resulted in a nuclear war .The Soviet Union was in violation of our agreement when they pretty much took over Cuba and put in missles they could launch and attack us with at any time. Also Cuba did hurt its standing with us when parterning with the Soviet Union because from that point on we will always mistrust them and view them as well as the Soviet Union as a major threat and ready to attack either or both of them if it was needed. Lastly, I think Kennedy did the best job he could for the US. Staying out of what eventually would haved led to nuclear war was the best decision to make. Who knows what kind of damage and destruction would be caused if somthing like that happened.

After I watched 13 Days, I decided that the United States handled this situation okay. They could have done better because of how long they took. They should have been able to resolve their problems faster. In my opinion, war wasn't necessary. War was what the other countries wanted us to cave into. If we join war we didn't know what the consequences could have been. The Soviets or Cuba could have had nukes they didn't want us to know about. Entering war would have been too much of a dangerous risk! Nevertheless, Cuba did mostly stick to their agreement with a few exceptions. When Cuba joined the Soviet Union the United States has less respect for them in a way, It made us want to go against them more and win. So they did hurt their tanding in that decision. All in all, Kennedy and the government did the best they could protecting America, They were able to resolve a very large issue while preventing a war at the same time.

For the pressure the US was under, it did a good job of handling the Cuban Missile Crisis. The US was extremely careful about exploring their many options. They did not just use nuclear missiles in order to get the job done fast. When the blockade of Cuba did not work, the US again did not choose monstrous violence. The US negotiated to remove the missiles, which thankfully was successful. War would not have been a good first, or even second or third, option. It would have to have been a last resort. Bringing armies and potentially nuclear weapons into the situation would have had awful consequences for not only the US, Cuba, and the SU, but also the rest of the world. The SU was in violation to our agreement to abstaining from fighting and violence. They threatened our security. However, the US was not innocent either. We put nuclear weapons in Turkey, which threatened the SU's security. We were both at fault. Cuba did hurt its standing with us. They knew we were enemies with the SU, so it was as if they were becoming our enemies too.

I feel that the US handeled this situation in the best way that they could at this time. It was a good thing not to get in a war with the USSR because if we did there would be no dought that an atomic boomb would have involed and huge parts off our country would have been gone and vaporised not to say if cuba had luanched all of there boombs they could have it any place in the US and we could have all been dead. Also the USSR were in violation of our aggrements because they were sendding warheads to cuba to be used against the US. Cuba runnied all the chances they had to become friends of the US after what they pulled with the USSR. Also Yes I feel that the US goverment did the best they could because they got us out of a war without any fighting.

After watching the film "13 Days" i feel that the United States handled the situation at hand in the best way possible. In my opinion no i do not think we should have gone to war, it was not nessecary and it could have caused issues or damage later on in the long run. Overall the Soviet did violate the agreement plans but managed to step up and take the stand when they needed to listen. Cuba, partnering with the soviet union caused them to have more power against us which gave them more capabilities in the situation. Looking at Kennedy's choices in his shoes i would likely have done the same thing, he chose what he figured be best for his country as president by preventing a war.

After watching the 13 days movie I think that the U.S handles that situtation correctly. I dont think that we should gone to war because if we did then it would have been the most deadlest war of all time. It would have been just a war it would been a nulcear war and we would have blown the world to pieces. I think that the soviet union wasnt in violation of are agreement because they took the missle out once we made a good agreeement with eachother. Cuba did hurt there standing with the U.S becasue now we cant trust them because there did something behind are back. Also kennedy and the government did the best there could do with this situtation without starting another world war.

After watching 'Thirteen Days," I feel that the U.S. handled the Cuban Misille Crisis appropriately. Had we approached the situation differently, a nuclear war may have resulted, something that, in my opinion, should be avoided at all costs. The Soviet Union acted in violation to our agreement, and by partnering with the Soviet Union, Cuba definitely hurt their standing with the U.S. I believe that Kennedy and the government did what was best for the country given the circumstances.

After watching "Thirteen Days" i believe the US picked the best option with the problems of Cuba. The last thing we should have done was go to war, and its very good we evaded another war. The soviet union was in fact in violation of our agreements. Cuba definitely hurt their standing with us by partnering with the Soviet Union because they planned to bomb us. Kennedy and the government made the best decision because we evaded war and any bombs being set off which is the best thing that could have happened.

In my opinion, no we should have not gone to war. It would have put us in an economic downfall. Not only would our economy suffer but our damage to the historistical buildings being knocked down due to the missiles shot. Yes the Soviet Union was in voilation of the agreement because as the agreement states the Soviet Union was to not intefere with the United States as well as they were not to even talk to us. Via radio, or phones. Yes Cuba not only lost our trust after becoming involved with the Soviet Union but by loosing our it built up tension between us. Working against Cuba as well as the United States. Yes the government and president Kennedy did everything they could to be ready if a suprize attack would happen. As well as if they did everything they could to be ready to fight if a war did happen.
